Working as part of our Cities Project Leadership team you will work on a diverse range of exciting projects across the world, owning and managing project support and administrative activity, affording the engineering team maximum time and focus on the design of client solutions.


Key Duties

:


  • Responsibility for controlling project documentation
  • Follow and improve document control procedures
  • Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
  • Sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
  • Producing financial reports and track project progress for senior managers
  • Conducting regular reviews and document audits
  • Organise and distribute documents within the company
  • Assisting Project Coordinators in the planning stages and project setup of a specific project
  • Ensuring documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
  • Undertake travel coordination and booking flights, trains, and accommodation for engineering team
  • Organise meetings, meeting rooms and facilities as needed, organising, and confirming attendance among relevant stakeholders.

Your Skills & Experience:

:


  • Strong IT skills in MS office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
  • Good attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and proficient at time management
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and prioritise tasks appropriately
  • Can identify where processes may benefit from improvement.
  • Experience in use of document management software is desirable however, training can be provided.
