    As the Property Experience Lead you will ensure that all client, tenant and visitor requests are efficiently fulfilled and exceed expectations.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Providing a world class property experience, to include proactively owning all elements of the service – concierge, helpdesk, front of house, security, events management, mail and logistics ,supplier management and liaison and workplace support.

    • To be flexible in individual time management providing cover across various properties in the client portfolio up to 45 hours a week.

    • To proactively operate, represent and showcase ISS' products and services under our integrated approach to demonstrate service excellence.

    • To work as part of the FoH & Security teams, ensuring highest levels of service, and a one team approach.

    • Build effective relationships with ISS employees and service partners to ensure a one team approach offering five star employee and guest journey from start to finish.

    • Ensuring a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards.

    Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications


    • Relevant corporate/hospitality/ Concierge customer service experience

    • Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office)

    • Front of House and Security/concierge experience

    • Knowledge of central London, theatres, restaurants and retail.

    • Able to adapt in an ever-changing environment

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Good time management

    • Excellent customer service skills
