About this opportunity
Global Journey transformation team is looking for a leader who is ready for a transformation challenge within the People Area.
This role can be based in most European Locations.
A day in the life of Hiring Journey Lead:
- Manage stakeholders' expectations, taking into account the realities and challenges faced by the team.
- Support the Employee Journey Transformation lead in key stakeholder engagements.
- Secure adoption of targeted Market Area (MA) and hand it over to Subject Matter Experts for further adoption and later on the full handover to the line in all Market Areas.
Set up the journey structure
- Continuously (re)define the wanted position with connected key objectives and results.
- Craft the journey with underlying activities, business processes and data requirements.
- Secure the delivery with pilot user adoption.
Definition and acceptance of the Minimal Viable Product
- Deliver the scope of a mínimal viable product (MVP) that aims to reach the wanted position. In this MVP the focus is on the customer/enduser perspective and is empowered to define what is needed to reach the wanted position from a team point of view as well as product point of view.
- Empowered to define MVP(s) functionality and accepts results of the sprint demo based on the defined objectives and key results.
- Structuring of MVP into work packages covering all relevant changes to people processes, ways of working/capability operating model, deployment, and systems functionality.
Manage and prioritise the cycle and sprint backlog
- Define cycle and sprint backlog entries, e.g. activities and user experience
- Prioritise and sort backlog items based on vision and overall product scope
- Join sprint planning meetings to communicate backlog to the whole team
- Plan and implement adoption by target market areas/adopters
You will bring
- Empathy that results in customer / enduser focus
- Direct operational and Handson experience in the field of Talent Acquisition or People / HR
- Result oriented with a track record of delivering results through engaged teams.
- Ability to lead crossfunctional teams
- Extensive Project Management Experience (understanding Agile)
