    The Instructional Design Lead will be responsible for building training programs to cultivate exceptional instructional delivery skills. You'll work closely with leaders and stakeholders to assess learning needs, and create scalable, rigorous training to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. This will involve incorporating advanced learning platforms, authoring tools, and AI-powered solutions to enhance the learning process.

    In this role, you will:

    • Be responsible end-to-end for designing, building and facilitating.
    • Design and build engaging training programs for coaches, encompassing various formats and delivery methods - synchronous and asynchronous.
    • Leverage data and feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of our training programs.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure program alignment with overall goals.
    • Utilise cutting-edge learning technologies like LMS, authoring tools, and AI-powered solutions.
    • Possess strong communication skills to facilitate training and navigate complex conversations.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development.
    • Using AI and tech to enable synchronous and asynchronous learning.
    • Proven track record of building and delivering high-impact, tech-enabled training programs.
    • Expertise in using LMS, authoring tools, and AI tools in an instructional design context.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.
    • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
