The Company

My client is a well-respected main contractor who run construction projects throughout a variety of sectors. They specialise in the Residential, Education and Commercial sectors carrying out predominantly new build (D&B) and refurbishment jobs.

The Role

Showing a stable and progressive career to date either with a main or sub-contractor, you, an Estimator, will be able to demonstrate experience within the residential, education or commercial sectors.

Having worked on projects ranging up to £15M pounds in value, you will understand that pricing as an Estimator can be challenging regardless of the value.

Qualifications & Experience

As an Estimator, you will hold the responsibility of extracting the full client brief on receipt of the tender and will be able to price, hold tender adjudication meetings and be client facing in order to attend pre start meetings.

Liaising with Engineers and Tender Planners is also a must for this role, to make sure that the clients are getting the full tender including risk assessments, design (for D&B) and initial project plans.
