Description

As a Delivery Lead you will be responsible for leading supply chain partners in delivering against business strategies, outcomes and benefits, within allocated annual budget, within agreed deadlines and quality standards.

Your role will involve:

Working with supply chain, lead the delivery of projects in the Commercial domain specifically, and across our business for Digital Platform delivery.
Work with the Commercial Digital team to ensure that risks, issues and dependencies between Commercial projects and Digital Products are identified and actively managed.
Work with the Delivery Lead, Platform Architect and Service Manager, to shape investment plans and business cases for future business opportunities in the Commercial & Digital Platform Domain.
Be part of a cross domain group of Technology Delivery Leads working with Technology PMO to define consistent and simple project delivery processes and ways of working.
In times of low demand for Commercial & Digital Platform projects, work with other domain teams within technology to help deliver their projects.

These skills are essential:

Previous experience of leading the delivery of a portfolio of multiple projects of multimillionpound value using agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
Validated experience of delivering projects in highly complex and fast pace environment
Validated experience of working in an outsourced model either as a client or supplier
Accountability for all aspects of project delivery including financial management and commercial negotiation

Ideally, you'll also have:

Experience in project management processes i.e. risk management, change control, quality management, test management, etc.
Experience of successful engagement with senior and challenging internal and external partners
Experience of working either in aviation, logistics and/or regulatory environment
Experience of big data, cloud and automation projects
Experience or exposure of working in matrix environment
