What you'll be doing:
- Acting as Scrum Master for 2 Scrum teams supporting the teams to meet their delivery objectives
- Facilitation of the full range of Scrum Master activities from ceremonies/events2, stakeholder engagement and internal workshops
- Assisting and coaching all team members
- Providing support and guidance to the Client Product Owner
- Creating a collaborative working environment between supplier and Client
- Contributing and collaborating with the wider company Agile Community through sharing of best practice
What you will bring:
- Demonstrable Scrum Master professional experience required for the role
- Broad experience with all aspects of Agile and Scrum delivery and models
- Stakeholder management skills and experience with the ability to communicate clearly to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent data gathering and analytical skills, ideally with Jira, with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of developing and leading high performing teams, including hybrid working environments
- Ability to negotiate with competing interests and personalities
Would be great if you had:
- Previous experience within an IT services environment
- Experience working in a highly secure environment
- Willingness to attain and eligibility for Developed Vetting clearance

£60,000
Benefits:
£5,400 Car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund which is 3% of base salary
