We are seeking an experienced Communications Specialist to join our Brand and Marketing team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting new role whose focus will be to develop and deliver bespoke employee engagement programs for workplace pension schemes in partnership with the employer, through a combination of marketing and relationship management/consultancy capability.

It is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and stakeholder management.


You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver marketing programs based on insight, using data to demonstrate performance effectiveness and contribution to the business plan.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and innovative performance-based marketer to lead on marketing activity in support of business ambitions.

About the role


Develop and deliver bespoke employee engagement programmes for workplace pension schemes in partnership with the employer, identifying the best communication channels and content.

Lead on measurement and reporting of stretch objectives, demonstrating a clear line of sight between marketing activity and commercial results.

Using data and insights continuously test, learn, and optimise marketing activity.
Manage content delivery to support marketing activities - life stage, proposition, experiential, servicing and regulatory.
Influence alignment of segmentation, contact/engagement strategy and key messaging, in collaboration with Distribution. Manage agencies where required and ensure effective and efficient plans are delivered to meet business objectives.

About you

Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques in a B2B / B2B2C environment, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Collaborative with excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
Proficiency in campaign management tools and marketing automation platforms.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
