    The UK Sales Director is responsible for delivering a solution selling approach for their products and solutions, maximising the opportunity through the specification route to market.

    This is a high-impact role for an energetic commercial leader to leverage relationships and develop new business opportunities. You'll be setting targets, implementing strategy and working closely with the GM and the Sales team to achieve the organisations goals. The role will specifically focus on increasing presence across M&E Contractors, Architects and developers offering product solutions through the sales teams and agents.

    You will provide sales leadership, support and performance management rigour and disciplines to your sales teams and agents in order to achieve agreed profitable revenue growth goals.

    Experience Required:

    1. Demonstratable experience working with M&E contractors, developers, architects.
    2. Proven sales leadership and performance management capability.
    3. Track record in adding proven growth of customer base and relationship building.
    4. Demonstrable knowledge of professional sales process and methodologies. Rigorous and disciplined in their application.
    5. Highly effective communicator coupled with experience of influencing across management teams to implement a sales strategy across a regionally diverse team.
    6. Strong work ethic in order to stay on top of a high volume, fast paced, portfolio of demands and responsibilities.
    7. Proven track record of surpassing sales targets personally and through leadership.
    8. Excellent Inter-personal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
    9. Senior influencer with excellent negotiation and customer management skills
    10. Good financial acumen and strong commercial awareness
    11. Building regulation expert
    12. Well-developed analytical skills
    13. Strong IT skills in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel and social media presence
    14. Experienced at managing a field sales team, the ideal candidate will assist the team in prospecting and closing sales leads to help generate revenue for the company.
    15. Strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
