    My client, a leading construction company, seeks an Environmental Advisor passionate about sustainability in construction, responsible for providing technical support on BREEAM projects across London.

    In this role you will ensure that construction projects comply with environmental regulations and targets, focussing specifically on BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) which is a sustainability assessment method that is used to masterplan projects, infrastructure, and buildings.

    As an entry level role the, amount of responsibility will be relative to the salary banding, and all training will be paid for and provided within work time.


    I am recruiting for a rapidly expanding demolition and groundworks contractor known for its excellence in providing demolition and enabling works, ground works, RC frames, refurbishment, and basement construction services.

    The ideal candidate will possess some knowledge in ISO 14001 and BREEAM, ensuring compliance with environmental management systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and embedding sustainability practices within projects.

    They should demonstrate strong organisational skills, effective communication, and familiarity with environmental processes.

    While qualifications such as Lead Environmental Auditor certification and membership in professional bodies like IEMA, IES, or IEEM are desirable, the client welcomes candidates with transferable skills and a commitment to learning.


    In return you will receive a starting salary of £30,000 to £35,000, along with 25 days of annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for training and development.

    As part of an Employee-Owned Trust Scheme, candidates will also be eligible for annual company and performance-related bonuses.
