    UK Aftermarket Coordinator | Domino Printing UK UK Aftermarket Coordinator
    Location Bar Hill, United Kingdom Type of contract Fixed Term Contract Apply Hybrid role, Cambridgeshire, England (with travel to Bar Hill Office maximum of 1 day a week)
    PT (20 hours per week, to be worked over 5 days between the hours of 9am and 5pm)

    From best before dates on eggs, to serialised identifying codes on medicines, to batch codes on electronic components, to competition codes in confectionery, Domino helps to enable product safety, improved supply chain management and brand protection.

    Working for the UK Sales and Service Channel and part of the wider UK Marketing team, this is a part-time (20 hours p/w), fixed term contract (12 months) role within the Sales Operations Team.

    Own and process Aftermarket and various enquiry queues in Salesforce.
    Provide phone support for customer enquiries and orders.
    Manage escalated aftermarket queries through to resolution via case management in CRM system (e.g., Salesforce.
    Review and handle queries in relation to BuyDomino (online ordering platform).
    Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with interested parties to agree changes prior to implementation.

    Understand the warranty and RMA (returns) process and administrate through the relevant CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce).

    Full training will be provided on our systems, however, the ideal candidate will have:
