Coben Healthcare is looking for a highly motivated and proactive
Client Support Officer to join our team.

You will work closely with our Account Managers, providing administrative support, ensuring processes are followed accurately and our clients receive excellent customer service.


Renumeration Package includes:

Key Responsibilities:


  • To add / take off and update all requirements on our CRM live screen in a timely, accurate manner
  • Provide a "catch up" service to clients by calling to check jobs, feedback on clinicians and update basic information
  • Be flexible to the needs on the Account Manager (AM) and take direction and feedback as required
  • Adding new sites and contacts to clients ensuring our database is kept current and accurate
  • Producing and sending out internal updates on key jobs to work on
  • Making changes to contracts where cancellations or amendments have taken place
  • Producing rate cards for clients where necessary
  • Creating contracts for clients once shifts have been verbally confirmed
  • Occasionally covering AMs for annual leave / sickness / meetings
  • Working towards KPIs and targets set by the management team
  • Occasionally covering a client base when Account Managers are on leave
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
