- Nurse Qualified with a valid NMC Pin
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care - desirable
- Recent and significant experience of working in a similar care setting.
- Experience of managing an effective team by supervising, mentoring and coaching
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse
- Knowledge of conditions relevant to older people, Dementia, physical and sensory disabilities
- Ability to organise and make decisions both clinical and professional.
