Teamforce Labour are currently seeking experienced Civils Site Supervisors for long term works in Dereham, Norfolk.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role and be extremely reliable.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise daily groundworks activities on site.
• Coordinate and schedule work among the groundworks team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Monitor progress and quality of work, providing guidance as necessary.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, suppliers, and contractors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor with a background in groundworks is essential for this role.
• Indepth knowledge of groundworks techniques, materials, and processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination between teams.
• Valid CSCS card would be advantageous
• Gold or Black CSCS will be preferred.
