Job Description:

Reporting to the Contracts Team Leader your duties will include:

  • Updating our clients database with customer records;
  • Updating and maintaining stakeholder records;
  • Liaise with the operations department and ensure that when contracts are live all information is upto date;
  • Ensure all billing information is updated regularly;
  • Any additional administrative duties as instructed by the Contracts Manager.
Person Specification

  • Previous administration experience is desirable;
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as working as part of a team;
  • Effective time management with the ability to multitask;
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise;
  • Proactive and eager to learn and develop your administrative skills.
