Job Description:
Reporting to the Contracts Team Leader your duties will include:
- Updating our clients database with customer records;
- Updating and maintaining stakeholder records;
- Liaise with the operations department and ensure that when contracts are live all information is upto date;
- Ensure all billing information is updated regularly;
- Any additional administrative duties as instructed by the Contracts Manager.
- Previous administration experience is desirable;
- Ability to work autonomously as well as working as part of a team;
- Effective time management with the ability to multitask;
- Highly organised and able to prioritise;
- Proactive and eager to learn and develop your administrative skills.
