top tier law firm in the Tunbridge Wells area whose excellent reputation is built on genuine client relationships and their exceptional employees, are looking for a
Junior Legal Cashier to join their friendly and collaborative Finance team.

In this pivotal role in the day-to-day operation of the Firm you will support a team of experienced Legal Cashiers responsible for:

  • Processing account transactions, both inbound and outbound payments
  • Performing bank reconciliation to tally up bank accounts and books
  • Producing reports on the financial status of the law firm
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations
  • Liaising with compliance officers, clients, auditors, regulators, suppliers and banks
This is a perfect role for someone who has experience of payment processing or purchase ledger activities. You may have experience from the Banking sector, basic bookkeeping knowledge or some time spent within an accounts team.

Full training will be providedbut to be successful in this role you will:


  • Have a methodical, accurate and well organised approach to your work
  • Have a flexible approach to tasks and be accustomed to meeting tight deadlines
  • Be a collaborative team player
