Business Development Manager - Tunbridge Wells, United Kingdom - PDR Solutions
Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own, design and develop the BD strategy for the Real Estate segment, collaborating with Director of BD&M and key stakeholders in the team.
- Work with solicitors to identify prospects, develop pursuit plans and track progress through BD meetings, pipeline management and championing usage of the firm's CRM system
- Identify which are the most appropriate clients and intermediaries for growth and develop account plans accordingly.
- Be a mentor and coach to more junior members of the team, maintaining a positive approach, appropriate to a senior team member
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years within a marketing role with responsibility for business development activities, specifically lead generation and conversion, pitches and key account management
- Experience within Real Estate/Property markets is essential
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
