    Description
    Agratas Supplier Development Engineer

    Agratas is seeking an experienced Supplier Development Engineer based on a hybrid basis from our Coventry office to support the construction and industrialization of our recently announced state-of-the-art, multi-billion-pound battery manufacturing facility near Bridgwater in Somerset.

    Your expertise in automotive, aerospace, or other industrial program quality management will be key in supporting one of the largest investments in the UK automotive sector.


    Supplier Assessment:
    Evaluate new/potential suppliers to ensure manufacturing quality requirements are met.
    # Problem Resolution:
    Analyze quality issues, non-conformances, and production problems.
    # APQP and


    PPAP:
    Project management of the process, managing review meetings, setting and reporting KPIs for target achievement.
    # Experience in cross-functional change management projects at a Tier 1 automotive supplier or automotive OEM. Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills. Knowledge of MS apps, including SharePoint and Power BI, is desired. Familiarity with supplier quality management from concept through industrialization to operation is a plus.
