Building Maintenance/Handyperson

Our client is a Buildings Maintenance company that works with a number of varied clients from single site and multiple locations including commercial property management, estate management companies, block management, housing associations, education, retail,and manufacturing.

Due to business expansion, they are looking to recruit a Buildings Maintenance Operative/Handyman to join the mobile team.

You must have a good knowledge of general property and maintenance repairs, good decorating and basic plumbing skills.

The work will include both reactive and planned maintenance sometimes to tight deadlines so previous experience of completing projectsin a timely manner is essential.

Experience in the following areas would be beneficial - general building works
- roofing
- drainage
- flooring
- plumbing
- electrical work
- painting & decorating

Its essential that you drive and you will be issued with a fully equipped company van. They also offer an attractive salary and benefits package.
