1-1 Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our client's friendly business. Hybrid working hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Ensure timely uploading of new invoices to customer portals.
  • Printing and posting of hard copies of invoices.
  • Maintaining the EDI invoicing delivery method.
  • Accurate/timely processing of approved credit memos and reinvoicing (if applicable) with in SAP.
  • Maintaining of selfbill logs for AR Credit Controllers.
  • Downloading of selfbill and debit note documents for AR Credit Controllers.
  • Support AR Credit Controllers with producing customer account statements and processing allocations in the effort to maximise collection.
  • Support and cover the Accounts Receivable Cashier with posting of bank receipts, processing approved write offs and customer debit notes.
  • Supporting Operations Accountant with ad hoc tasks relating to AP and AR as required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight reporting deadlines
  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Intermediate level MS Excel skills
  • Experience of an Accounting package (SAP)
  • Selfmotivated and ability to work unsupervised
  • Good numeric & communication ability
