We are recruiting for an Office Assistant to join our Future Energy - Real Estate team in Bristol.


Your Role:

As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for the following;

  • Filing at regular intervals
  • To support the fee earners with administrative tasks and action work as delegated by team supervisor
  • Provide telephone support and deal with client queries in fee earners absence
  • Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards
  • File closing

Your Skills and Experience:


  • To complete all allocated tasks within the required timeframe and to the required level of accuracy
  • Previous experience working within an office or administrative environment.
  • Effective record keeping
  • Effective telephone communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Be client focussed
