CompanyDisruptive tech based in Notting Hill (London) has a newly created role for a Finance Manager to support a portfolio of HNI companies.

Ideally looking to capture a Big4 or Top10 newly or recently qualified ACA, the organisation has genuine ambition to extend its footprint globally, with ongoing organic and external investment.

Responsible for optimising the capital structure and liquidity for the business, the role will involve extensive cash forecasting, financial analysis, statutory accounts, provision of MI.RoleWorking alongside a high calibre Finance Director, you will be integral to the development of the finance function and potentially be its future leader.

Specific responsibilities include managing the overall treasury function including capital structure stewardship, investments, banking and FX exposure and activities.

In addition you will have significant involvement in statutory and management accounts preparation, forecasting, management reporting and what-if scenario modelling.

You will possess strong commercial acumen, as well as demonstrable experience of understanding relationships between key financial and non-financial business drivers.
