Description

McGinley are looking for a Commissioning Engineer to work on the London Underground in an ongoing contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute commissioning activities for electrical systems within London Underground projects.
2. Produce comprehensive London Underground handover documentation, adhering to industry standards and protocols.
3. Generate TFL447 Maximo documents and ensure accurate data entry into ASITE platform.
4. Develop and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) to verify system functionality and compliance.
5. Conduct electrical testing and certification processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
6. Maintain and update emergency lighting spreadsheets and log books.
7. Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Commissioning Engineer, with specific exposure to London Underground projects.
• Proficiency in producing London Underground handover documentation and loading into ASITE.
• Familiarity with TFL447 Maximo documents and their integration into project workflows.
• Strong understanding of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and their application in commissioning activities.
• Expertise in conducting electrical testing and certification processes.
• Knowledge of emergency lighting systems and associated documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Certification or training in low voltage systems is highly desirable.
