Description
Propsource are working with a multidisciplinary firm based across the South-West who are seeking a MIRICS Chartered Surveyor to join their valuation team located in their in their Bristol office.
My client offers a full spectrum of skills from building surveying through to the management of commercial and residential property working across a range of specialist areas.
As part of the valuation team you will be providing professional advice to clients, dealing with a broad range of valuations including secured lending, pension, tax, asset and acquisition valuations.
Working closely alongside directors and other team members, you will be providing professional advice to clients across a range of property types including commercial, residential, development, leisure and trading. Workload will be diverse, with the successful candidate managing themselves day to day as well as carrying out Business Development activities to continue building their own network and future workload.
