As a rapidly growing SMB, they are committed to producing high quality products as well trading excellence and are now seeking a Category Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our business.

Drive category growth through effective analysis, strategy development, and implementation.
Collaborate with grocery, trade, and retail partners to optimize product placement and visibility.

Utilize market insights and data from leading analytics providers such as IRI, Kantar, and Dunnhumby to make informed decisions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize category performance.
Proven experience as a Category Manager within the FMCG industry.
Expertise in grocery, trade, and retail channels.
Proficient in utilizing data analytics tools, including IRI, Kantar, or Dunnhumby.
Performance Bonus worth 10% of salary
Flexible/Hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office max per week
