    PR & content account manager

    Altrincham (Hybrid)

    £29,000-34,000

    We are on the hunt for a PR and Content Account Manager. If you have a clear understanding of what gets people talking, this might be the perfect role for you. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for everything related to PR and content. You will develop PR strategies, create engaging content, build relationships with journalists, and secure coverage. Additionally, you will coordinate campaigns, produce high-quality copy, explore routes to market, and do everything necessary to drive recognition and engagement. You will also have the chance to work with a talented team to create organic social media content for clients across various platforms.     Role Responsibilities:

    -Planning and implementing digital and traditional PR initiatives, content strategies for multiple clients, across a range of industries.

    -Build excellent relationships with key media and influencers by staying in touch and tailoring your material to meet their specific needs.

    -Build links across top-end sites, trade press, blogs and other websites.

    -Produce and edit copy for a variety of content from press releases and features to blogs, e-shots and award entries.

    -Provide end-to-end social media campaign management from initial research through to on-going campaign management, optimisation against KPIs and reporting.

    -Manage and oversee the work of junior members of staff.

    -Work across internal teams to collaborate on creative ideas, online strategy and PR opportunities.

    -Growing existing accounts, cross and upselling in additional agency services, and spotting growth areas.

    -Working alongside the full team to ensure alignment in multi-channel strategies.

    Are you?

    -Highly organised, punctual and manage time efficiently.

    -Maintaining enthusiasm with a flexible approach.

    -Scheduling regular client meetings, providing written agendas and deliver comprehensive contact reports within 48 hours of all meetings.

    -Reporting to the account directors and director on a monthly basis on the performance of your client accounts.

    -The first point of contact for day-to-day business on your key accounts.

    -Able to run a client meeting with skill and confidence.

    -Supporting other members of the team.

    -Working closely with the wider team to ensure there is a comprehensive management of client accounts.
