Some of your key accountabilities will include the following:

Retail Customer Content
This will be to produce content to drive customer self-service on main Customer Website.

Business Content

Produce content to help the wider business, for example the work we have recently delivered for Strat and Reg, Sustainability, Water Quality, Biodiversity.
Social Media
Produce engaging content for all Social Media Channels
Messaging Channels support the growth of channel usage for WhatsApp and SMS

Working for our award-winning Digital Customer Experience Specialist, team you will be an integral part of the overall Digital Strategy Team helping to deliver efficiencies for the business.

This is a really fast-paced role that will see you working on a variety of different tasks, campaigns and systems daily.
