    The Mallard in Springburn Glasgow have been providing care and support for children & young people with a wide range of disabilities and additional support needs for 30 years heling children and young people enjoy time away from home, where they can have independence, make friends, learn and grows

    We are now seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our service, ensuring administrative tasks are handled effectively to support the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

    This is varied role, and you will have range of responsibilities, including the following.

    • Overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions,
    • Finance tasks such as Purchase Orders, invoice creation and reconciliation
    • Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence with users, families, and external parties.

    We are looking for someone with previous experience in an administrative role, you will have strong organisational and multitasking skills as well as be able to communicate with staff, service users and their families. You will need to be confident in using Microsoft Office, including excel and previous experience of basic finance administration including the use of financial systems would be a distinct advantage.
