Administrator (Permanent Position)
Salary:
Up to £27,000 per annum DOE and includes Pension, Parking, Holiday and other benefits
Location:
Stevenage, Hertfordshire
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our well established client in Stevenage. This individual will be supporting an existing team of service engineers and supporting with the admin tasks.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely and accurate processing, sterilisation, data capture and recording of repair items, invoicing and dispatch of completed items, repair stock control and acting as a customer liaison point of contact.
- To process and sterilise incoming repair and loan items before assessment
- To maintain control of outstanding items pending response from customers ensuring efficient turnaround and product specialists ensuring optimum response times
- To receive service requests and schedule jobs for external engineers, ensuring successful completion of allocated jobs and hand off
- To maintain relationships with your industry counterparts promoting current offers and services
- To assist in general administrational duty's as required
Skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to procedures and deadlines
- Computer skills' including Excel / Word / Outlook
- Intermediate level is a minimum
- Knowledge of SAP an advantage
