This privately owned group of companies offers a diverse range of services to customers throughout the UK.

Founded by two successful entrepreneurs the business has grown rapidly by making complementary acquisitions and developing new services to meet market demands.

Operating in a buoyant technology space they have recently completed a successful round of external fundraising and now have in excess of £120m of capital to deploy on a major infrastructure project.


Project Coordinator
As Project Coordinator you will be responsible for facilitating the success of the team.

You will provide administrative and operational support across all areas of the business to ensure the optimum service throughout the customer journey.


You will support the development ofthe new build programs across several geographical areas, as well as looking at ways to speed up the operations admin.

You will also be heavily involved in collaborating with other key areas of the business in Acquisitions, Project Management, Contract management and Distribution.


Duties of the Project Coordinator
Coordinating communication with the internal and field
- based teams

Actively increase levels of information available to the team

Work closely with various departments within the company to ensure the smooth delivery of projects

Support the effective practices and solutions to help improve productivity and product quality.

Follow through to process design
- create work instructions

Preparing process documentation

Work closely with various departments within the company to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and installations

Producing regular reporting to help analyse performance and predict


Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the sales team in accomplishing company goals.

To make decisions demonstrating commercial awareness

To manage your team's workload and resources, ensuring lead times are not exceeded

To support and coach whilst dealing with on-boarding and off-boarding issues

To get involved in team members' tasks, not just concentrate on your own: you must be a visible presence in the team

To actively seek and promote ways to improve the efficiency of your job.


Person Specification for the Project Coordinator

This role would be suitable for an account manager/senior administrator/Customer service team leader/ project manager with experience in a very fast paced environment
Capable of effectively managing high workloads whilst maintaining positivity with internal and external customers.

Experienced in communicating with people at all levels in a credible and professional manager

Able to work with partners from across the business to develop and deliver concepts.

Innovative and forward-thinking with a desire to improve efficiencies within a business and fuel positive change and growth.

Outgoing, enthusiastic and personable

Creative and innovative

Confident self-starter

Ability to plan and implement projects

Ability to collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data.

Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.

High level of commerciality

£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
