Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling inbound and outbound calls.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and has strong communication skills.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information about products and services, upselling when appropriate
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem and providing appropriate solutions
  • Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

Skills:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, listen actively, and provide clear instructions or explanations
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze situations and make sound decisions

Salary:
£23,944.58-£30,067.50 per year
