- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on a wide range of production equipment, including mixers, conveyors, ovens, packaging machines, and more.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.
- Conduct routine inspections, monitor equipment performance, and document maintenance activities accurately.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing or processing environment.
- Knowledge and use of RCA tools
- Familiarity with PLC systems
- Excellent ability to communicate with stakeholders across various levels.
- Paying circa £50,000
