TRAINEE MACHINE OPERATOR - Production / Manufacturing

We are looking to hire a Trainee Machine Operator for our client's Production Team based in Yatton near Clevedon. The purpose of this role is to operate the machine lines safely and efficiently.

No previous experience is necessary but good timekeeping and willingness to learn will be essential.
Full training will be provided

Friday 6 am2 pm/2 pm10 pm (rotating shifts)
Fulltime (Permanent) Employment

- £11,47 - £12,62 per hour

The overall purpose of the role is to undertake safe, accurate and efficient setting of machines to achieve the company's safety, quality, and production targets and to ensure all procedures are followed with a high level of discipline.

Main Duties involve:_

To operate plant and machinery within a specified zone, maintaining targeted output with mínimal interruption.
Set and adjust machine controls including startup and shutdown processes.
To be responsible for quality control and ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations.
To maintain a general level of tidiness in work areas and ensure punctual timekeeping in accordance with contracted hours.
