My client is a Legal 500 commercial firm providing a full spectrum of services. The firm currently has ambitious growth plan after doubling in size within the last decade.

Due to this continued success, this renowned Corporate & Commercial Department is seeking to bolster their team with the recruitment of an ambitious new Corporate Solicitor.

About the role:

Working with clients across various sectors with a focus on the financial services sector
Active involvement in mergers and acquisitions
Supportive, fastpaced, vibrant, and flexible work environment

Requirements:

24+ years PQE
Good academic qualifications (preferably 2:1 law degree)
Similar experience at another Legal 500/ Chambers ranked firm or inhouse legal team
Experience working with senior associates/ partners on complex transactions
Experience handling transactions directly
