    About the role:

    Provide support and assurance to Training for site specific administration in relation to Headcount lists, reporting and transition of New Hires from training environment to operational go live.

    Undertake the collation of all training registers with checks and balance process:
    Facilitate and support handover from Ops / Recruitment agencies on the names and numbers applicable to training.
    Prepare a register for each trainer so that the trainer has confirmation of new starters.
    Collate registers from training, reporting back to training manager on any no shows etc.

    Toward end of training liaise with Ops and OST on the differential by number and name on expected completion of training, so that Operations can effectively assign to teams going forward.

    On last day of training am provide OPS and OST on the definitive list that have completed training so that OST can upload into Teleopti.

    Highlight any System Issues in training with any possible retraining required.

    Liaison with recruitment agencies to check on dropouts during training and reason for leavingProvide the bridge between Agencies, Operational and OST stakeholders to support delivery of accurate headcount flow through all training activityProvide support to training manager on admin in relation to prepping content, collating registers from Agencies and helping with tracking attrition in classroom.

    Maintain all training records for accurate reporting for compliance and audit purposes, including New Starter Induction, Upskill and SMS Refresher training.

    Work with OST and facilities to ensure training rooms/areas are fully equipped for facilitation.
    Prepare and manage reports on training activities e.g. Training Evaluation reports. Overseeing the preparation and distribution of materials such as instructional notes, handouts and feedback forms.
    Management and ordering of stationery stock to support on site delivery.

    The successful candidate will be required to carry out the following responsibilities, activities, and duties:
