The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting both the sales and purchasing teams by handling all administrative tasks.
This position requires building strong relationships with customers and vendors while ensuring efficient processing of transactions.If you excel in administrative tasks, have a keen interest in the aviation sector, are tech-savvy, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you
Responsibilities:
- Source aircraft components for purchase and assist in managing exchange transactions
- Liaise with customers to ensure timely return of correct paperwork with exchange units
- Provide regular reports to the sales team on quotation, sales, and exchange activity
- Expedite open purchase orders and repair orders
- Process sale orders, purchase orders, pick tickets, and return requests
- Support Sales team with quotation activity as needed
- Assist Sales and Purchasing with pricing exercises
- Generate "Push Lists" of inventory for remarketing
- Monitor the marketplace for sales opportunities
- Maintain professional relationships with vendors and customers
You will ideally need the following:
- Experience in an admin related role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Selfmotivated with excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Quantum Control (AerFin ERP system) beneficial
- Background in the aerospace industry is advantageous
- Understanding of EASA 145 and airworthiness recordkeeping requirements beneficial. (training provided)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Team player comfortable in a fastpaced environment
- Capable of handling pressure and effectively managing workload priorities
