    About the role

    Due to exceptional and continued growth, we are currently seeking an AOG Sales Specialist to join our Sales and Contract team in Gatwick, Crawley.

    The AOG Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for prompt response to customer requirements by processing sales, customer service and contract administration tasks in addition to building strong relationships with customers and vendors.

    The role requires working a shift pattern which will include nights and weekends based on a 4 on 4 off rota pattern (12 hour shifts alternating between days and nights).


    Responsibilities:
    Provide out-of-hours support for contracts.
    Manage customer accounts and process AOG requirements.
    Source and respond to Request for Quotes (RFQ's) for services, parts and components
    Trade inventory and locate components to fulfil customer requirements
    Translate specifications and process sales orders.
    Pursue new markets, monitor sales opportunities, and maintain professional relationships.
    Adhere to regulations, negotiate terms, and collaborate across departments.
    You will ideally need the following:
    Educated to a GCSE level.
    Experience in sales/contract admin, preferably in aerospace.
    Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Quantum Inventory system preferred.
