Ensure excellent customer service by providing prompt and friendly assistanceDeliver retail excellent FOH & BOH whilst overseeing daily operations of the storeReflect the luxury brand image through the service you deliver, your positive and professional attitude, dress code and behaviour.

Maintain a clean and organised store environmentAssist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandiseHandle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional mannerConsistently work hard to achieve sales targets and goalsCollaborate with wider team members to create a positive, inspiring and productive environmentManage and supervise store staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluationsExperience:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is requiredStrong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectivelyExcellent communication skills, with an influential personalityAbility to manage and motivate employeesBilingual or multilingual skills are a plusStrong organisational and administrative abilitiesExperience in supervising employees is preferredProven ability to drive sales and meet targetsCurrently managing KPIs, CRM, shopfloor team & budgets to improve their current store performanceWe offer competitive pay, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
