- Providing an excellent estates and gardening service to communities
- Completing gardening work required such as hedge cutting, weeding, grass cutting, Fly tip rubbish and litter picking
- Maximising customer satisfaction on estates and responding positively to complaints, using them to help improve services
- Ensuring health and safety inspections and checks are carried out on estates and communal areas as designated
- Drivers licence ( prefered but not essential)
- Ability to use gardening and other equipment and carry out gardening duties
