Description

Full Time Permanent contract

Based at 100 Temple Street & home working by agreement

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our small and friendly team to support the development and management of contracts providing temporary accommodation and support for homeless households.

If you are interested in helping improve commissioned services tackling homelessness and are engaged and solution-focused, we would like to hear from you.

The role will have particular focus on monitoring and quality assurance of our Pathways accommodation for adults and development of our family services.

Based within Housing Options, you will work closely with members of the Commissioning Team, and other key stakeholders, to assist in creating a fluid housing pathway for homeless households to then move on into more settled accommodation.

The work is varied and in a typical week you might visit a commissioned provider to discuss how to improve aspects of their service or discuss possible changes in properties within Pathways, get involved with colleagues to prepare data and a report to feed into the redesign of supported family services, work with apprentice in team to collate abandonment data, seek feedback from clients about their views to help inform future commissioning plans, and draft clarification notes for support workers about referral processes.

You should have great written and verbal communication skills, be confident working with spreadsheets and performance data analysis, and be willing to travel throughout the city.
