    About the Role:

    Working within the Onboarding & Registrations team you'll be responsiblefor welcoming new businesses to Drax and ensuring the customer journey is thebest it can be.

    Day to day you'll resolve customer and industry enquiries, escalating asappropriate, to enhance the customer experience whilst meeting business andindustry requirements.

    You'll provide effective CustomerOnboarding to customers ensuring they experience a seamless transferto Drax.

    Your support will ensure correct details are showing in oursystems to match the customer contracts and their firstbills are accurate and are paid on time.

    You'll work as part of a wider team focusing on building outstandingrelationships – not only with customers, with internal colleagues too.

    Your aimwill be to consistently deliver excellent results against your agreedperformance objectives.

    This will involve delivering excellent service byproactively managing customers' accounts and making sure that you respond toand resolve all enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

    In achievingthis, you'll meet all service level agreements (SLAs) and adhere to internalguidelines and industry requirements.

    As part of the role, you'll check contract details in our systems are correctto ensure a successful registration.

    This will also mean that the companyproduces accurate and timely invoices, collects outstanding monies effectivelyand identifies opportunities for additional account renewals and sales.

    If you have previous experience of working in a Customer Services environmentand understand the importance of building strong business relationships and youhave a confident telephone manner, this could be the ideal role for you.
