All we require you to have is a drivers licence and a passion to improve peoples lives. While care experience is beneficial it isn't a requirement, full training will be provided.

But what does the role Senior Care Assistant include:

Ensuring Clients who has assistance with medication have enough to last a week and inform the office of any changes

Making sure their environment is safe and keep on top of general house work

Assisting with personal care when needed and ensuring good working relations are maintained

Keeping regular contact with the office to ensure all changes are documented

Completing adhoc errands for clients

Adhering to Home Instead policies and procedures and any other related duties
