Our Client is a large, very successful and long established MEP Contractor. Projects range from financial services, telecommunications and commercial property to global pharmaceutical and high-tech manufacturing companies.

They are currently looking to recruit a Building Services Contracts Manager to work within their specialist Critical Environment / Data Centre Building Team.

This is an established and extensive part of their overall business. Projects are located in London and typically along the M3 and M4 corridor.

A decent car or car allowance is included in the package and this client carry out a large volume of work and are good at allocating project work according to your home location.

It would be advantageous if you were based to the West of London but is not essential if you are located close to good transport links for this area.

This is an organised, professional working environment and we have provided staff to this business for over 15 years, many of whom have continued to take senior roles within the company.

Prospects are excellent within a busy, professional company with an extensive order book.

We are looking for a career focussed Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager with Critical Environment and / or Data Centre construction project experience.
