- Review requirements, service specifications, business processes and provide advice, guidance and recommendations to programmes and projects.

- Experience of business process / customer journey redesign
- Knowledge of project management and PMO methodologies.
- Experience of developing business cases and financial models
- Meaningful experience in process-mapping/re-engineering.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experience of using MS Visio or similar process mapping tools.
- Experience working within the public sector required.
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 3 months with potential for extension
- Day rate: Up to £250/day PAYE, depending on experience.
- Location: 1-2 days per week in office
