    Job Description

    As the Engineering Supervisor you will support the Engineering Manager to ensure all competences are maintained and that all training required to meet the site needs is up to date.

    Key Responsibilities


    •Supervise all sub-contracted maintenance services and maintain supplier database.

    •Supervise and control all M & E sub-contractors when employed on site, including site inductions and site compliance paperwork.

    •To maintain continuity of all essential site equipment and life safety systems.

    •Assess and issue PPM's and Reactive jobs to maintenance team.

    •Diagnose faults on machines and systems. Recommend, plan and carry out cost effective repairs.

    •Ensure site remains compliant with Tririga jobs in line with KPI's.

    •Liaise and plan work in with clients production requirements to reduce overdue jobs.

    •Observation and reporting of plant faults to identify potential improvements.

    •Continuous improvement and customer satisfaction at all times.

    •Maintain and control of Engineering paperwork regarding site compliance.

    •Supervising the administration of PTW system on site.

    Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications


    •Served an appropriate engineering apprenticeship covering mechanical and electrical maintenance.

    •To have a minimum of an ONC or NVQ 3 qualification in an engineering discipline.

    •To have at least four years related experience.

    •To have supervisory knowledge.

    •To have working knowledge of site plant, equipment and factory services.

    •IT literate with knowledge of MS Office applications.

    •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of seniority.
