    Job Description:

    • Assess and determine daily project priorities for examining traffic reports.
    • Obtain cargo details from clients and vendors/suppliers.
    • Determine appropriate transport types and necessary specialist equipment.
    • Secure transport bookings and issue instructions for collection, packing, or load consolidation.
    • Follow up on collections and arrivals to designated depots.
    • Develop cargo movement documents and ensure mobilization times are met.
    • Distribute operational documentation as required.
    • Monitor shipment movements until arrival at destination.
    • Keep clients and management informed as per operating instructions.
    • Minimize operating costs through timely actions.
    • Issue air waybills/bill of lading/CMR and handle export customs clearance.
    • Process information into the inhouse system.
    • Cover other project work as needed.
    • Maintain control of data entry and file closures in a timely manner.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Familiarity with local transport and government regulations in the Caspian region.
    • Customerfocused with a determination to deliver quality work.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for interactions with suppliers, service providers, and colleagues.
    • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
    • Understanding of costing, quotations, and data report generation.
    • Experience in project freight forwarding and multimodal transport.
    • Knowledge of handling dangerous goods by air/road and customs documentation.
    • Familiarity with Incoterms, load planning, and container logistics.
    • Awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Proficiency in import/export documentation and compliance
