ARE YOU A SPECIALIST HOUSING/NEIGHBOURHOOD OFFICER AND SEEKING A NEW PERMANENT ROLE IN LONDON?
Salary of £35,42- INTERVIEWS ASAP
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Keen on working for a housing association?
This amazing opportunity is based all across London, and paying £35,424 P/A.
A specialist housing management (general needs) officer is required.

EXPERIENCE:

Managing a geographical patch and carrying out estate/property inspections across your geographical area, in order to provide tenants with an exceptional customer service
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the ASB/Community Safety team, as well as other teams (asset management, allocations, service charge, finance)
Conducting new tenancy signups and managing all tenant enquiries on time such as complaints, mutual exchanges, lettings, successions and assignment requests

A car driver/owner would be ideal, but is not essential.

If you are passionate about excellent customer experience, have a strong grasp of housing and property management and a self-starter, capable of resolving problems with your own initiative.
