    Brand Manager

    Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will actively lead the tactical execution of the UK Wellspect strategy, working with the Marketing Manager and central marketing teams to manage a specific product portfolio and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve sales budgets.

    Job responsibilities

    • Support the Marketing Manager in the development of UK marketing plans.
    • Execute tactical activities to support country plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Oversee reimbursement applications, forecasting, and tender submissions.
    • Deliver and support product training initiatives.
    • Develop and manage local marketing campaigns and initiatives, adapting global marketing resources to UK market needs.
    • Plan and execute advertising activities to enhance brand visibility.
    • Develop and manage local brand marcoms.
    • Coordinate market research, customer focus groups, and customer needs analysis to inform marketing strategies.
    • Monitor and analyse competitor activities to identify market trends and opportunities.
    • Provide Sales Team and Customer Service brand training and education to ensure a consistent and knowledgeable representation of Wellspect products and service.
    • Manage key stakeholder relationships with healthcare professional organisations, key user groups, and KOLs.

    Profile

    • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional qualification.
    • Some marketing experience with demonstrated record of success.
    • Sales/marketing experience in a healthcare company is a plus.
    • Analytical, planning, organisational and implementation experience working within marketing.
    • Experience in a field sales capacity a plus.
    • Demonstrated experience working with digital marketing tools, resources, and principles – either directly or through close collaboration with digital marketing roles/agency.
    • Competent and confident using modern digital business resources including MS Teams, Office, CRM systems etc.
    • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
