Description
We are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Gloucester.This exciting role will be to work within the fast paced sales team focusing on sales growth through distribution channels throughout the North of England.
This role will thrive on delivering customer solutions that include, clean water booster sets and waste water packages through the distribution channel.
The role will be hybrid with a requirement to work from one of the offices at times whilst also visiting customers.
The role is supported by team carrying out tendering, quote follow ups, technical support and after sales-teams.Engage existing contacts and build a network of key stakeholders within the channel
Manage a list of existing customers and develop a defined list of new potential accounts
Attend and/or lead on-site or video conferencing meetings
Lead and propose commercial terms in order to win orders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills comfortable in networking with internal and external contacts
Experience and knowledge of key influencers in building services/ distribution C
Commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills and knowledge of T&C's Organised and capable to fill own diary with quality meetings
