Our client, a global brand that operates across multiple platforms and industries, delivering world-class content and experiences to audiences worldwide, is seeking a stand-out Billing Associate to join its talented AR team to help them manage their billing and invoicing process.

In this role, you will work closely with our finance team and be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.


Duties to include:

  • Responsible for all UK and Europe billing.
  • Investigate to ensure all details are correct before billing.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues.
  • Customer record management.
  • Fill out vendor forms for potential/current clients.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Adhoc projects as assigned.
